We collect the account, identity, payment-method, and trade information needed to operate a secure peer-to-peer exchange and meet applicable compliance requirements.
2. How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, verify participants, protect trades, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and communicate important service updates. IOChanger does not sell personal data.
3. Security
Passwords are hashed, sessions are encrypted, and production traffic is protected with HTTPS. Access to sensitive information is limited to authorized systems and personnel.
4. Retention and requests
Information is retained only as long as required for service, security, dispute, and legal obligations. Contact support to request access or correction where available.
